How to Use the Type A Coil

Turn on the Firbee by pressing the power button 5 times.
Select the desired voltage and press the power button.
Inhale from the mouthpiece.


How to Use the Type B Coil
To use the type B coil, screw it onto the 510-thread battery.
Remove the glass mouthpiece and place a small dab into the center of the quartz dish.
Replace the mouthpiece.
Turn on the Firbee by pressing the power button 5 times.
Select the desired voltage and press the power button.

Damaged product, no support

I ordered the firebee battery kit and my battery came damaged. The charging port is bent and unusable, the button/body of the battery is dented, and the battery doesn’t work with any cartridge I’ve tried (which I assume to be due to the damage, as each cart I tried worked with numerous other batteries by both Lookah and other brands). I emailed support the day my order arrived, and as of writing this review, I have gone a little over a week without a response. Highly disappointed with this experience.
