I had my Lookah ice cream for less than 2 weeks and the rubber piece in the mouthpiece broke when removing it to clean. The mouthpiece is sold out.
They wont give you the right coils and they dont care about fixing their mistake. Its been over a month since I ordered and I received the wrong item. Now i cant get them to take it back so im going through my bank to get my money back since they cant be bothered to send an email
If you want a dependable battery? Buy Lookah products. Customer service is second to none. My experience has been perfect. I want to take the time to thank everyone for being so customer oriented.
Works exactly as advertised and expected.
Picture shows one box of coils. I was shipped one coil not a box. Tried to straighten it out with the company, but they don’t care. Coil shipping and handling cost me $20 almost I can get one local at half their price without shipping and handling and receive it much quicker
