Due to new federal regulation and amendments to the PACT Act that regulates the shipping of vaping products, we may no longer be able to offer full warranty service to all our customers. We are no longer able to offer courtesy warranty service on 3rd party purchases. After 3/25/2021 we may no longer be able to ship warranty replacements. If you have issues with your device please contact us at warranty@lookahusa.com. Our friendly staff will work with you to try to resolve the issue.
