1 Seahorse X Replacement Glass
We received the wrong part. Now you guys are saying that we have to send it back to get a replacement. Understandable, however we both work during open post office hours and it's going to be a real chore to get this done anytime soon. I ordered because I needed the part and now the mistake is on us to fix and meanwhile we have to wait for the correct part. 😱 I am very unsatisfied with the options you have provided. I do love lookah products but, with getting the wrong part, customer service and procedures as they are I am not excited about buying more of your products in the future. Have a great day! Replacement fantastic. Have the seahorse X , and a weed vape but guess a friend liked it more than I would. Would love another, just not in budget. BUY LOOKAH PRODUCTS!!++
Paid for priority mail. Still took over a week to receive. Message customer service they said wasn’t their fault. Could have at least refunded shipping but nothing was offered….
Well made was a replacement for the exact one that i had that my dog dropped off my table works perfect :)
First one I received was non-functioning but was quickly replaced. New one works great. Will continue to buy for this company.
I absolutely love this rig. The battery has some life to it, it’s easy to load (just don’t overload it or goop could ooze out the bottom), it keeps the taste of the dabs fresh and yummy, and I’ve dropped it a lot (I have RA and my hands do t like to cooperate). I’ve dropped it from the saddle to the ground and since there is zero glass on it, it took it like a champ. I’m ordering my sister one, as well. 10/10 will buy again….. and again…. And……
