EMAIL THEM! THEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN A VERY SHORT TIME, THAT DAY, MORE THAN LIKELY. To date, LookahUSA has always promptly answered all of my emails, even when I never rcvd my pkg! They took MY WORD & immediately sent out another Order, replacing 1 I never received. These people & their VERY PROMPT reply, you cannot beat! LOOKAHUSA CUSTOMER SERVICE ROCKS! Hard to find good cust. Svc, in today's world but, here in the USA, Lookah is great! Doesn't take 2 weeks like Lookah in China (i think its home base)! Lolol

We never received the package. There is no way to contact your company and the USPS doesn’t care they delivered the package to the wrong address.
