I’ve ordered unicorn mini glasses replacements more than I’d like to admit. But this time around (I’ve ordered 4 since my original purchase) my replacement glass came with a glass fracture right at the base that is able to be felt just by running your finger or nail across the glass. As well as having the rubber mouthpiece cork just not even packaged. Kind of disappointing.

I have only used my bear for 2 cartridges and it worked great until I put the second cartridge on and then it stopped working entirely. I charged it,I tried switching cartridges, it only blinks yellow. I was so excited and searched for the pink bear at several different stores and dispensaries and I was so disappointed in my purchase. I don’t have any other batteries and two cartridges and I can’t use them. Please help.
