We received the wrong part. Now you guys are saying that we have to send it back to get a replacement. Understandable, however we both work during open post office hours and it's going to be a real chore to get this done anytime soon. I ordered because I needed the part and now the mistake is on us to fix and meanwhile we have to wait for the correct part. 😱 I am very unsatisfied with the options you have provided. I do love lookah products but, with getting the wrong part, customer service and procedures as they are I am not excited about buying more of your products in the future. Have a great day!
