1 Seahorse X Replacement Glass
We received the wrong part. Now you guys are saying that we have to send it back to get a replacement. Understandable, however we both work during open post office hours and it's going to be a real chore to get this done anytime soon. I ordered because I needed the part and now the mistake is on us to fix and meanwhile we have to wait for the correct part. 😱 I am very unsatisfied with the options you have provided. I do love lookah products but, with getting the wrong part, customer service and procedures as they are I am not excited about buying more of your products in the future. Have a great day! Replacement fantastic. Have the seahorse X , and a weed vape but guess a friend liked it more than I would. Would love another, just not in budget. BUY LOOKAH PRODUCTS!!++
Paid for priority mail. Still took over a week to receive. Message customer service they said wasn’t their fault. Could have at least refunded shipping but nothing was offered….

This one gives superior clouds of vape considering the size, and it out-performs my old and small Wulf - may it rest in peace. It's hard to go wrong with this one. At least so far. I'm happy and satisfied. Now where's my Dangerous Neighbors album?
